Headlight Restoration
A Simple yet Necessary Service
The modern headlight lens is made of acrylic, for its durability and weight.
A weakness of acrylic is its tendency to break down and deteriorate due to contact with cleaning solvents and exposure to UV rays.

01
Tape and Sand
Begin by meticulously applying masking tape to shield surrounding areas. Employ Professional-Rated sandpapers, commencing with a coarser grit (600) and progressing towards a finer one (2000), ensuring a smooth and uniform surface.
02
Polish
Execute the polishing stage with precision by applying our specialized compound to our orbital polisher. Polish until desired clarity is achieved, then wipe with a clean microfiber & alcohol

03
Seal and Finish
Finish the restoration process by carefully applying a professional-grade sealant. This may take a couple hours to fully cure, but when finished it leaves a refined and polished aesthetic.

Our Headlight Restoration process will revive any faded headlight back to its Factory Shine, along with a Complimentary Ceramic coating
